Great customer service! Walked in for an alignment and they were very welcoming and upfront about pricing and time. They brought me back to look at what might have been a problem but was something easily solved. Ethan, the service tech walked me through at the end and explained what he had done and answered my questions. Cade, helped me out further with tire pricing and other questions about the facility and Knoxville area. Also witnessed other costumers coming in and he was helpful and reassuring about their issues. Will be back and highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service, comfortable & clean waiting area. Had a slight misunderstanding as to how long they would need the car. Thought it would be a short time so I did not arrange for someone to pick me up. I had a full day of errands to run. They ended up giving me a loaner car for the day! I was shocked, can’t remember the last time I experienced such impressive customer service.
Prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend this business. And as a woman I felt very comfortable and was treated fair and respectable.
